Job Title: Client Success Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Success Assistant to join our team at Virtalent. As a Client Success Assistant, you will play a critical role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and providing exceptional support to our Virtual Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster existing client relationships and provide support to our Virtual Assistants to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Understand each client's needs, work to solve problems, and deliver solutions to ensure Virtalent provides the best customer service.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts or concerns with clients, interact and coordinate with Virtual Assistants to ensure each account is monitored effectively and serviced to a high standard.
  • Provide insights, add value, and exceed client expectations at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, with a strong understanding of communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and self-assured approach, with strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
  • Active listener and problem solver, with a willingness to go the extra mile to help clients and Virtual Assistants.
  • Experience working in business support, account management, or customer support roles, with a strong understanding of CRM software and other tools.
  • Ability to work in a small team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
