Trainee Legal Secretary Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trainee Legal Secretary. As a Trainee Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to multiple fee earners, including typing of letters, documents, and forms.
  • Answer and make telephone calls, and respond to emails as required.
  • Proofread legal correspondence and documentation to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop computer skills and confidence in picking up new technologies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's administration experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
