Job Title: Trainee Legal Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trainee Legal Secretary to join our team at James Frank Associates. As a Trainee Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our legal team, including typing, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including letters, reports, and contracts.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and correspondence.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
