Position: Principal Full Stack Engineer – HealthTech

Compensation: Up to £115,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day per week/fortnight in Central London office)

We are thrilled to collaborate with a rapidly growing HealthTech company based in Central London in search of a Principal Full Stack Engineer. This innovative organization has developed a solution aimed at alleviating the staffing shortages within the NHS and healthcare sector by customizing workforce solutions through flexible working arrangements.

Key Qualifications for the Principal Full Stack Engineer Role:

  • Backend Technologies: Proficiency in Java/Kotlin/Scala (Kotlin will be the primary language, but familiarity with any JVM language is acceptable)
  • Frontend Technologies: Experience with React and Typescript
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in line management and technical leadership, including defining technical strategies and implementing best practices
  • Infrastructure Expertise: Knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Architectural Design: Experience in creating robust architectural frameworks
  • Quality Assurance: Strong focus on ensuring high-quality deliverables

In this role, you will engage in all aspects of development while enjoying the flexibility of working from home four days a week.
