Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented On-Site IT Support Specialist who is passionate about resolving technical issues. This role involves providing support to our clients in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive IT support to end-users in office settings.
- Resolve technical issues promptly and accurately, adhering to established service standards.

- Take ownership of escalated support tickets, ensuring they are managed effectively.
- Work independently to identify and prioritize incidents and requests.
- Collaborate effectively within the client environment.
- Document all activities in accordance with ITIL practices.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Knowledge Base Articles.
- Adhere to local and global policies in a highly regulated environment.
- Follow health and safety protocols as per company training.
- Comply with IT Asset Management procedures.
- Build and deploy computers, troubleshoot network issues, and support standard software applications.
- Engage positively with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Provide Hands and Eyes support in communication areas and data centers.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proactive attitude towards learning and tackling new challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Experience in a desktop support role for a minimum of three years.
- Proficient in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and legacy Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suites, including Office 365.
- Experience in a regulated ITIL environment with relevant service management systems.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches and routers.
- Experience with server hardware support.
- Understanding of printer hardware.
- Willingness to participate in essential out-of-hours work when necessary.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles.
