As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
