We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Advisor to join our team at ZIGUP. As a Senior Learning Advisor, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering training programmes that enhance performance, increase productivity, and reduce attrition.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging monthly induction programmes.
- Create and deliver bespoke training programmes that meet business needs and enhance customer and colleague experience.
- Design and implement training that enhances soft skills, reinforces company values, and promotes a "Customer First" mindset.
- Develop instructional videos and guides for efficient customer service, making these resources accessible online.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in managing learning and development programmes, ideally in a multi-site or multi-brand environment. You will have demonstrated success in leading and managing a team of trainers and be passionate about developing others. You will be capable of building relationships quickly and communicating clearly and accurately with all internal and external stakeholders.
