Are you a seasoned Learning & Development professional looking to drive performance, develop teams, and enhance skills across a dynamic business? We're seeking a Senior Learning Advisor to manage and develop training programmes across a range of areas within our organisation.
As a Senior Learning Advisor, you'll lead a team of three Learning Advisors, ensuring their alignment with company goals and supporting their professional growth. You'll collaborate closely with management teams and HR/L&D departments to design and deliver training initiatives that enhance performance, increase productivity, and reduce attrition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging monthly induction programmes.
- Create and deliver bespoke training programmes that meet business needs and enhance customer and colleague experience.
- Design and implement training that enhances soft skills, reinforces company values, and promotes a "Customer First" mindset.
- Develop instructional videos and guides for efficient customer service, making these resources accessible online.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing learning and development programmes, ideally in a multi-site or multi-brand environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing a team of trainers.
- Passionate about developing others, capable of building relationships quickly and able to communicate clearly and accurately with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong background in stakeholder management and relationship-building across all levels.
- Confident in planning your own schedule to deliver multiple pieces of work to meet tight deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a high level of digital proficiency and technical ability, including the ability to produce complex training and evaluation data.
- Relevant professional qualification and experience in fast-paced, Automotive environments will be beneficial.
