Join a Leading International FinTech Firm
We are collaborating with a prominent international FinTech company seeking a Corporate Governance Officer to enhance their team. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Board support, including managing the Board calendar, organizing annual Board meetings, and preparing agendas and meeting materials.
- Assist in the establishment and ongoing management of subsidiary entities, coordinating with external service providers as necessary.
- Support the Group General Counsel in assessing and improving the effectiveness of the Group's Internal Governance Framework.
- Facilitate the Board Evaluation Process to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain the Group structure chart to reflect current organizational changes.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a regulated financial services environment.
- ACG / FCG qualification is essential.
- Experience in a private equity setting is considered an advantage.
This position is ideal for an ambitious Deputy looking to step into their first leadership role.
