Nursery: Bright Horizons Burgess Hill Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: £27,875 - £32,000 p/a (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time educator with QTS, EYTS, EYPS, or a Level 6 early years qualification to contribute to our Bright Horizons Burgess Hill Day Nursery and Preschool. Formerly known as Rose Bud Nursery, our facility is situated in a vibrant community, with a local park nearby where children can engage in exploratory activities.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement enriching learning experiences and exceptional care that support the development of all children, catering to their individual needs Conduct precise assessments that reflect the needs, interests, and developmental stages of each child, supporting the key person approach Ensure the environment consistently offers stimulating and inspiring activities for children, both indoors and outdoors Foster and maintain strong partnerships with parents and caregivers Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding Collaborate with colleagues to sustain a positive, enjoyable, and secure environmentQualifications and Skills Required
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification - essential Previous experience in the Early Years sector Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage A passion for making learning enjoyable and engaging for every child Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents Proficient in utilizing various communication techniques with both children and adults Comprehensive knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislative requirements for working with childrenWe look forward to receiving your application.
