We are seeking a dedicated, full-time early years professional with QTS, EYTS, EYPS, or a Level 6 qualification to contribute to our Bright Horizons Burgess Hill Day Nursery and Preschool. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement engaging learning experiences that cater to the developmental needs of all children Conduct precise assessments that reflect each child's interests and developmental stages, supporting the key person approach Ensure a stimulating environment with inspiring activities for children, both indoors and outdoors Foster strong partnerships with parents and caregivers Uphold child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding standards Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and secure atmosphereQualifications and Skills
Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full Level 6 Early Years Qualification Previous experience in the Early Years sector is essential Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage A passion for creating enjoyable and engaging learning experiences for children Ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues and parents Proficient in various communication techniques for interacting with children and adults Comprehensive knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislative requirementsWe look forward to your application.
