About the Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Assess and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress
  • Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing professional development
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS)
  • Previous experience working in the Early Years sector
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
