Job Title: Senior Neonatal Nurse

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Neonatal Nurse to join our Special Care Baby Unit in Barnstaple. The successful candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver excellent patient care
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care
