Role Overview:

  • Act as the main point of contact for young individuals, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Facilitate effective communication with the support team
  • Monitor individuals on-site and engage with those requiring assistance
  • Manage challenging situations and perform health and safety assessments
  • Exhibit compassion and understanding towards young people

Position: Night Support Worker
Hours: 34 hours per week - Waking night shifts
Contract: Permanent
Compensation: £21,578.67 per year for 34 hours per week (equivalent to £12.20 per hour) Band B
Note: This position is subject to pre-employment checks and an enhanced check by the Disclosure & Barring Services, funded by our organization. Please refer to the job attachments for additional information.

Annual leave entitlement will be pro-rata for part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be compensated with time off in lieu.
