Audiologist - Hearing Care Specialist

In this role, you will operate from our high street location, supported by a committed Sales & Customer Service Advisor who will assist in managing your schedule and welcoming clients, allowing you to concentrate on providing outstanding patient care.

You will benefit from the full backing of our UK Head Office Marketing team, ensuring a steady flow of customers to your branch.

We provide state-of-the-art testing equipment and the latest hearing aids, enabling you to offer top-tier clinical services to your patients.

Enjoy uncapped monthly and quarterly commissions, along with the option of a company car or a £3,000 car allowance.

You will receive five weeks of comprehensive training from our expert team, equipping you to deliver the highest quality clinical experience while achieving sales targets.

There are opportunities for career advancement into Area Manager roles, training positions, or even international opportunities within Amplifon.

Compensation Package

  • Competitive base salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission structure (monthly and quarterly)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting hearing assessments, evaluating client needs, and presenting available options.
  • Delivering aftercare services in accordance with the Amplifon aftercare program.
  • Overseeing clinic operations with the assistance of a Sales & Customer Advisor, including staff management.
  • Ensuring the team provides a professional, courteous, and high-quality service.
  • Creating a positive customer journey that exceeds expectations.
  • Acting as a role model for Amplifon by building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, the local community, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring compliance with all internal and legal guidelines.
