Cygnet Group is seeking a dedicated and caring Speech and Language Therapist to join our specialist residential care service, Broughton Lodge. This post is suitable for a newly qualified SLT or a student awaiting their registration.
About Broughton Lodge:
Broughton Lodge is a 20-bed specialist residential service for autistic adults and individuals with learning disabilities who may present with challenging behaviors. Our aim is to provide a safe, comfortable, and effective care environment, promoting independence and community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Placement experience or interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders/Learning Disabilities
- Interest in person-centred support and planning
- Understanding of the importance of being a team player with a genuine desire to help others
What We Offer:

Requirements:
