We are currently seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service in areas such as WLR, SIP & Broadband Provisioning, as well as Number Management and Porting.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively understand and provide WLR, Broadband, SIP, MyInbound, Pending Ceases, Fax2Email, Geographical and Non-geographical Number Porting, and International and Conference number provisioning services to our internal teams, resellers, and clients, ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout the process.
- Engage confidently with our suppliers and their escalation teams to guarantee that services are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Answer incoming calls within the established target time and consistently meet personal call targets.
- Proactively follow up, update, and ensure the completion of all orders, including escalations, in a timely manner.
- Keep the Provisioning Manager informed of any provisioning orders that are escalated or may encounter issues.
- Contribute to and advocate for best practices and continuous service improvement within the team.
- Exhibit a customer service orientation within a telecommunications environment, demonstrating an excellent telephone demeanor.
- Possess understanding and experience in some (if not all) of the following: WLR provisioning, Broadband provisioning, SIP Provisioning, Geographical and Non-Geographical Number porting, Fax2Email, International Numbers, MyInbound.
- Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution while knowing when to escalate or seek assistance.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with strong numeracy, written, and data entry skills.
- Show a proven ability to adhere to processes and build a reassuring rapport with clients and colleagues, handling complaints professionally.
- Maintain a target-driven mindset with a commitment to managing all tasks and escalations effectively while ensuring high-quality service.
