We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to support our Agency's business strategy by delivering on small commercial telephone sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities from our current pipeline of small commercial prospects and booking appointments for our sales team. Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering small commercial telephone sales targets and supporting the development of new business pipeline through high-quality and targeted customer service
* Outbound calls to existing and potential clients to obtain general insurance renewal dates and new quotations
* Positively impacting Agency sales through prospecting new clients
* Producing up-to-date records for every customer interaction and contact
* Ensuring all duties are carried out in a way that complies with relevant external legislation and regulation, internal compliance, and other procedures and local Agency policies and processes
* Supporting the business development team with campaigns to deliver upon required call volumes and converting leads into opportunities
* Delivering ad-hoc projects and/or other duties as required to support the delivery of business strategy and enhance customer experience

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in targeted telesales/sales roles or appointment generator roles, excellent customer service skills, and good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office and the ability to effectively use our systems. A full UK driving licence and own transport are also required.
