We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Office Angels. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring a positive experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, offering assistance and attending to their needs.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or meeting room, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Take responsibility for booking and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of meeting rooms, ensuring they meet high standards.
- Keep the reception area tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
- Provide basic administrative assistance in-person, over the phone, and via email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing post.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Support the Facilities Manager and other team members with overflow and administrative tasks.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience within a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance, representing our client's organisation with excellence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for visitors and clients.
