Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to address mental, cultural, and institutional barriers that hinder race equality
  • Collaborate with the Lead Bishop on Racial Justice and other stakeholders to deliver and implement strategic priorities
  • Work closely with the Diocese's safeguarding team to ensure the well-being of children, young people, and vulnerable adults
