We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation Director to join our team at Ringway. As the Innovation Lead, you will play a pivotal part in driving innovation and improvement within our highways industry operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation programme, aligning with our business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions and service enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with our operations and back office functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, driving business growth and improvement.
- Manage and report on innovation progress, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Take the lead on innovation and improvement initiatives, driving cultural change and embedding a culture of innovation within our organization.
- Engage with our supply chain to capture and develop innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.
- Evaluate and develop business cases to justify the further development of innovative ideas, demonstrating value and return on investment.
