Administrative Role in Fire Safety and Security Solutions

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our office team as an Administrator/Scheduler. The successful candidate will have a background in administration, reception, or customer service and be able to manage administrative tasks, scheduling, and customer service within our fire department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data input and management
  • Enquiry or complaint escalation and resolution
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with a background in reception or customer service
  • Organized with an eye for detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of fire safety and security equipment is desirable but not essential
