We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our Elderly Care team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient services.
You will work closely with our Elderly Care team, including Divisional Managers, Nurses, Secretaries, and Consultants, to coordinate outpatient appointments and manage waiting lists. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to provide a high level of service to our patients and their families.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Elderly Care team, including coordination of outpatient appointments and validation of waiting lists.
- Work independently, using your own initiative and applying a high degree of confidentiality to all aspects of your work.
- Undertake duties without direct supervision, working within broad procedural guidelines.
- Ensure referrals are entered onto Lorenzo with an appropriate access plan in accordance with the 18-week pathway.
