About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Office Angels. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Customer Account team to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth within designated accounts.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met and aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain forecasts of designated accounts, identifying and mitigating risks to output.
  • Collaborate with external sales teams to set sales forecasts and strive to meet financial targets.
  • Identify and implement business improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support quoting, aged debt, and inventory management processes.
  • Conduct presentations and manage meetings to communicate key account information to senior management.
  • Provide regular reports and present key account information to senior management.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of electronics is desirable.
