Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Owen Daniels. As a key member of our customer department, you will be responsible for servicing key accounts and managing customer requirements throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate forecasts of designated accounts and identify potential risks to output.
  • Collaborate with external sales teams to set sales forecasts and strive to meet financial targets.
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of business improvement opportunities.
  • Support quoting, aged debt, and inventory management processes.
  • Deliver presentations and manage meetings as necessary.
  • Provide regular reports and present key account information to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in customer service environments within electronics manufacturing or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at various levels within the company and externally.
  • UK travel is required, and a valid UK driver's license is necessary.
