Are you a Key Account Manager with a strong background in electronics manufacturing? If so, our client who provide manufacturing solutions for the defence, aerospace and automotive sectors would be interested in your backgroundWorking in the customer department, you will service key accounts and manage customer requirements through the full customer lifecycle.Hook23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (opportuntity to buy and sell more)Group Pension Plan2x Death in ServiceKey Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for maintaining the forecast of designated accounts and monitoring risks to output
  • Assisting external sales in setting sales forecasts and striving to meet financial targets
  • Participating in the identification of business improvement opportunities and their subsequent implementation
  • Supporting quoting, aged debt and inventory management
  • Conducting presentations and managing meetings where necessary
  • Providing regular reports and presenting Key account information to senior management
Key Skills
  • Extensive experience in a customer service environment within electronics manufacturing, or similar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to successfully liaise with employees across different levels of the Company internally and externally
  • UK travel – must hold UK drivers license
