Position Overview

Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing and wholesale sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will take charge of the entire purchase ledger process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling a substantial volume of invoices. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing invoices with precision and speed.
  • Reconciling supplier statements to maintain accurate records.
  • Addressing supplier inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Executing payment runs in a timely manner.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a comprehensive purchase ledger role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to established processes.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 annually, along with the convenience of free onsite parking and an earlier finish on Fridays.
