Join Our Team as a Youth Participation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Participation Coordinator to join our team at Groundwork London. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a critical role in championing the voices of young people and ensuring their meaningful engagement in our Youth Mental Health programmes.

About the Role

The Nest is Groundwork London's mental wellbeing support service for young people aged 0 – 25 living in the London Borough of Southwark. As a Youth Participation Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of innovative programmes, engaging activities, and impactful initiatives aimed at encouraging active participation and engagement among young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage young people in our mental health projects
  • Work closely with young people to understand their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with our team to design and deliver programmes that meet the needs of young people
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programmes
Requirements
  • Experience working with children and young people in a mental health setting
  • Knowledge and understanding of how young people access social media platforms
