**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Participation Coordinator to join our team at State Street Assisted Living. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a critical role in championing, advocating for, and seamlessly integrating the voices of young people into our extensive process of developing and implementing Youth Mental Health programs across the organization.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of innovative programs, engaging activities, and impactful initiatives aimed at encouraging active participation and meaningful engagement among young people across a variety of mental health projects. This will involve working closely with our team to develop and deliver programs that meet the needs of young people, as well as building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of our initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement programs that promote youth participation and engagement in mental health initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including young people, community groups, and other organizations
  • Work closely with our team to develop and deliver programs that meet the needs of young people
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the success of our initiatives

**Requirements**

  • Experience working with children and young people in a mental health setting
  • Experience or interest in championing the voice of the community
  • Knowledge and understanding of how young people access social media platforms
