Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Tate. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with team members to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
- Identify training and development needs for the team and implement training programs to ensure they have the skills needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to implement projects and initiatives that improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics, including customer satisfaction and complaint rates.
