Innovation Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to join our team as an Innovation Product Development Specialist. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and product development across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative digital products and services that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop product roadmaps.
- Work closely with our IT team to design and deliver digital solutions that meet our business needs.
- Manage the development and delivery of digital products, including business planning, costs/revenue projections, marketing/comms, operational planning, and product requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and development teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital products and services remain competitive and innovative.
- Proven experience in digital product development, innovation, and transformation.
- Strong understanding of digital product development lifecycles, product design, and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of digital and mobile product creation, with attention to detail and a desire for products to look fantastic and delight customers.
- Ability to work with both internal delivery teams and external suppliers, including scouting, selection, managing commercial terms, and actual delivery.
- Knowledge of the professional services sector, specifically accountancy areas of tax, audit, and advisory, and the associated trends and products.
- General agile delivery and management skills.
