Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience of supporting adults in a care setting or in the community
  • Awareness and understanding of high-quality home care
  • Good communication skills, patience, and flexibility
  • Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support
  • Ability to work flexibly, including alternate weekends
