Centre Operations Manager

Our client, a leading provider of flexible workspaces, is seeking an experienced Centre Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their UK-based centres.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the centres, managing staff, and promoting the centres to attract new clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage centre staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Oversee centre operations, including facilities management, maintenance, and security
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and customers
  • Monitor and report on centre performance, including financials and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in centre management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
