About the Role

Oxford Innovation Space is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our team. As a key member of our centre management team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the operational performance, customer experience, and financial performance of our innovation centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Deliver a market-leading service to our innovation centre community, ensuring facilities, support, and collaborative connections meet the highest standards.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service levels, supporting the Centre Manager with overall management control and accountability for the commercial performance of the centre.
  • Deputy Responsibility: Deputise for the Centre Manager when absent, overseeing the full operation and management of the centre and team.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Experience in the operational running of an asset of the size, character, and quality of our centre.
  • Clearly identifiable management skills in a customer-facing environment.
  • Evidence of facilities management or operational management experience.
What We Offer
  • Salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays.
