Parts Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Supervisor to join our team at Pendragon Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of parts and inventory across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and optimized for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials, minimizing delays and disruptions to our operations.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns related to parts and inventory.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
