Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and organized part-time Executive Assistant to support our director, administrative coordinator, and OISC-registered legal advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling for the director and executive team, ensuring seamless coordination and calendar management.
  • Coordinate complex tasks and daily operations for the executive team, including administrative support and bookkeeping.
  • Plan and orchestrate events, retreats, and webinars, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Organize and maintain office systems, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
  • Handle executive communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ensure follow-up on action items from meetings and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, PR, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not required) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience as an EA in a law firm (desired but not required).
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Turkish speakers preferred.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM and office productivity tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Experience in budget and expense oversight preferred.

Working Arrangements

Part-time position, Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day.

Location

Office located in the Angel, Islington area.
