The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project management on a variety of different in-house programmes, including new ways of working and how AI can be used to improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the innovation roadmap for Operations, ensuring alignment to Group, Client, Contractual, and Operations strategic plans.
- Evaluate and assess the costs and potential impact of proposed solutions, considering technical limitations, risk, and operational impact.
- Create an alternative agile way of working across the M&G account.
- Build collaborative relationships across the business, client, and 3rd party areas to successfully deliver innovative initiatives.
- Engage and support the delivery of the management framework, including effective oversight and transparency of the entire operations innovation plan.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering small to large projects/programmes of work.
- Project management experience within the innovation space.
- Change management experience.
- PRINCE2/APMP certification.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage and develop people effectively.
- Proficient in planning and organizing.
