About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical/Neuro Psychologist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of neurological rehabilitation and complex care services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality psychological interventions and assessments to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group interventions, diagnostic and cognitive assessments, and risk assessments as part of our multidisciplinary team.
- Facilitate staff reflective practice sessions to promote best practice and continuous improvement.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
- Carry a service user's caseload, including assessing complex needs and designing and delivering specialist psychological treatments to support their care plans.
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge in carrying a service user's caseload, including assessing complex needs and designing and delivering specialist psychological treatments.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and facilitate staff reflective practice sessions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to design and deliver training programs.
