Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll & HR Administrator. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes, as well as providing administrative support to our HR Manager and other colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile, input, and review monthly payroll submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Issue payslips and P45s to employees, and complete P11d forms as required.
- Assist with the production of contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including induction paperwork and other administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other colleagues, as needed.
- Previous experience in payroll administration, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and managers.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
