We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll & HR Administrator. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing payroll submissions, issuing payslips and P45s, and completing P11d forms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly payroll submissions, including input and review of payroll data
  • Issue payslips and P45s to employees
  • Complete P11d forms and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
  • Assist with the production of contracts, offer letters, and induction paperwork
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Support the HR Manager with other administrative duties
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work accurately and methodically under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
