Ward E2 is a 34-bed medical facility, accommodating both male and female patients in a geriatric care setting.

The collaboration among medical staff, nursing personnel, and the multidisciplinary team is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Healthcare Support Specialist, you will:

  • Engage actively within our multidisciplinary teams, participating fully in patient care from admission through to discharge.
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and maintaining their dignity and respect.
  • Ensure a clean and organized environment while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Work under the guidance of Registered Healthcare Professionals and senior staff, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients and their families, prioritizing their needs effectively.
  • Exhibit professionalism and excellent customer service skills in all interactions.
  • Contribute to team dynamics by being actively involved and committed to achieving both personal and team goals.
  • Be prepared to work in various settings, including day hospitals and outpatient areas.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
