We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Engineers to join a renowned manufacturing organization that values its employees and offers a range of attractive benefits. This role operates on a 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off schedule.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer:

  • Perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance on machinery throughout the facility.
  • Execute planned maintenance routines and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively within a busy team environment.
  • Enhance plant efficiency and apply lean manufacturing principles.
  • Minimize equipment downtime through proactive maintenance.

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Possess a Level 3 Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, which is essential for this position.
  • Have experience in the Food Manufacturing sector or a similar fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Currently hold or have previously held roles such as Multi-Skilled Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Shift Engineer.
  • Be knowledgeable in the repair and maintenance of packaging machinery, conveyors, or food production equipment, which is advantageous.
