Exciting Opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at a brand new mental health hospital in the Essex area.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art mental health hospital, providing an acute inpatient service for men and women aged 18+. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the CPA and ICR process to ensure full compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the CPA and ICR process
  • Ensure full compliance with quality standards
  • Have essential understanding of current developments in psychiatry and other aspects of mental health
  • Substantial knowledge of change management, relevant legislation, contemporary issues in mental health, knowledge of and experience in purchaser/provider contractual issues
