Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review allocated VAT returns (UK and overseas)
  • Review balance sheet tax-related reconciliations by set deadline
  • Monitor postings made to VAT accounts and ensure all journals are supported by appropriate documentation and correctly posted
  • Complete system testing for new VAT rules and new products
  • Prepare and provide VAT training to other SSC teams and the business as required
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant or tax professional (CTA, ACA, or ACCA preferred)
  • ~4 years relevant Tax and Financial Accounting experience
  • ~Knowledge of SAP and Oracle systems
