Job Summary

Camino Partners Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts and Compliance Officer to join their legal business unit on a maternity cover basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines, as well as providing support to the Sales Team in delivering contracts and compliance matters to external business parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in drafting and submission of paperwork to the Contracts & Compliance team for review, including extensions and other contracts.
  • Check commercials and follow document workflow to ensure compliance with Quality Control.
  • Conduct contract audits, including checking existing contracts on file, and implement updates as required on internal CRM.
  • Conduct background screening and assist in compliance queries as per the Company's service level agreements.
  • Conduct Status determinations with Clients and Contractors in accordance with IR35 regulations.
  • Provide support in the preparation and submission of RFI/RFPs/Tenders, and act as the first point of contact for candidate-based compliance and contractual enquiries.
  • Drafting of terms and NDAs to Clients and Suppliers based on templates.
  • Manage compliance audit processes, internal and external, and work with the Group's payroll PSL in delivering compliant solutions to Clients and Contractors.
  • Liaise with the Sales/Admin/Finance teams to resolve outstanding queries relating to compliance and contractual engagements.
  • Escalate to Management any business that comes to your attention outside of company policy.
  • Work to the Companies Service level Agreements and represent the company, adopting the highest possible standards of professionalism at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience in an international contracts and compliance function within the recruitment industry.
  • Commercial awareness and knowledge of IR35 and AWR.
  • Good written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, customer service principles and practices, and competent knowledge of Excel and Word.
