**Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Executive to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As a Senior Legal Executive, you will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to our business units, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and submission of contracts and other legal documents for review and approval.
  • Conduct contract audits and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
  • Validate contracts and implement updates as required on our internal CRM system.
  • Assist in compliance queries and provide guidance on international contractor legislation, including AWR, IR35, CIS, and Opt Out Regulations.
  • Conduct status determinations with clients and contractors in accordance with IR35 regulations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidate-based compliance and contractual enquiries.
  • Manage compliance audit processes and work with our payroll PSL to deliver compliant solutions to clients and contractors.
  • Liaise with the sales, admin, and finance teams to resolve outstanding queries relating to compliance and contractual engagements.
  • Prepare and submit outstanding compliance reports.
  • Escalate any business that comes to your attention outside of company policy to management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an international contracts and compliance function within the recruitment industry.
  • Commercial awareness and knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Competent knowledge of Excel and Word.
