Job Summary

Premier Group Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our client's quality assurance and control processes in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and quality reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager within a manufacturing environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (BEng, HND, CQI, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations (ISO 9001, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with quality management systems and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
