Eaton Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency in the Restructuring space, and we're fortunate to be working with some of the globe's top boutiques. We have multiple opportunities for bankers to work on complex and highly leveraged deals, executing debt and creditor distressed situations, and providing a range of financial solutions, including Chapter 11 and distressed M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and lead mandates
  • Raise debt and equity financing
  • Lead complex negotiations with clients
  • Work with junior team members on marketing and management presentations
  • Write reports to analyze current and projected financial situations
  • Establish financing solutions for all parties
  • Carry out valuations of clients and target businesses
  • Coordinate due diligence processes

We're looking for candidates with a proven restructuring background, either in a Big4 or a bank, an outstanding academic record, and analytical skills. You should be able to demonstrate high-level negotiation skills with senior executives and handle multiple assignments.
