Restructuring Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Restructuring Associate to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have experience in debt and debt restructuring, with a strong focus on finance agreements, security, and intercreditor arrangements in a distressed or special situations context.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading practice that focuses on debt refinancings and restructurings, business restructurings, and asset sales. Key Responsibilities
  • Developing close working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Providing expert advice on finance agreements, security, and intercreditor arrangements
  • Working on high-profile restructuring assignments with a focus on debt and debt restructuring
Requirements
  • 3-7 years PQE with experience in debt and debt restructuring
  • Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
