Restructuring and Special Situations Opportunities

We are seeking a Restructuring/Special Situations Associate with debt and debt restructuring experience to join our London office.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience in a City, or a strong national or regional, firm, and be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.

The role will focus on developing on-going relationships with an existing client base as well as pitching for new opportunities, and the opportunity to be involved in work in the very best national and international work.

  • Advising Retail Realisation on the financial restructuring and ultimate administration of the Paperchase group.
  • Advising Gordon Brothers and Aurelius as lenders on the take private and financial restructuring of French Connection.
  • Advising Nostrum Oil & Gas in connection with its $1bn Scheme of Arrangement, in particular around the structuring of its compromise of certain noteholders subject to sanctions by the UK Government.
